Die Oven comprises two zones for 6 dies per chamber; twelve dies in all. Each chamber is separately heated and independently controlled. Dies are heated by re-circulating air. This enables one chamber to be used as a preheat chamber and one for heating to extrusion temperature.

Less than 1 year since signing the contract for the supply of the first handling system, Arabian Light Metals signed another contract with O.K.D. Okad Dee for the upgrade of another extrusion 1600 ton press. O.K.D. has supplied the complete belt type handling system including a rope driven 200 Kg Single Puller, Initial Table with overhead fans incorporating a Hot Saw and Chip Collector. The stretcher consists of the manually controlled headstock and a "submarine" tailstock running the length of the plant and passing underneath the fixed feed belts. The final Cut Saw is an undercut design and includes the cyclone dust collector, the Saw Gauge Table has a digitally controlled measuring stop set from the saw control desk.
